This Boot Camp will be held twice a year, spring and fall. The fall launch is timed perfectly to help you get ready for the coming year. You can think of it as a more comprehensive alternative to your annual new year’s resolutions. And, the spring launch is perfect if you, like me, see spring as a time for a fresh start.

Boot Camp trainings are released in weekly modules and consist of easy-to-follow videos, supported by worksheets and planning guides, plus theWomen Who SparkLife Assessment. All of the training is online and contained in a member-only site.
You will also have the opportunity to join the Women Who Spark Boot Camp Facebook Community, where you can talk regularly with other women who are doing the same work you are. I will also be communicating with you in the community.
Group coaching sessions will be held every two weeks to help ensure you get your questions answered and receive the support you need. And for each Boot Camp, the first 20 women who register will get a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with me over the course of the Boot Camp.

The Boot Camp is led by me, Aleta Norris. I will bring over 30 years’ experience in navigating the things we’re delving into. A self-proclaimed striver, I have always been systematic in weaving positivity and productivity into the fabric of my own life through annual life planning and goal setting. I’ve been a passionate supporter of others when they can’t see their own way toward a better position in their life.

- I have been a successful business owner for over 30 years in the leadership development space.
- I’ve been coaching leaders for 30 years.
- In 2007, I became a certified Life Purpose Coach for Women through Life Purpose Coaching Centers International.
- I’ve spent two decades as a single mom. Yep, navigated those years!
- I’ve survived seasons of financial difficulty and felt afraid of future financial security.
- I just finished writing a book, one of my bucket list items. So yes, bucket lists are a real thing. I want you to have one.
- Most importantly, I’m a regular woman, just like you. Striving to live my best life.

A description of the eight modules included in the course:
Module 1: Get To Know Yourself
In Module 1 (five lessons), you will have the opportunity to begin thinking about who you are by considering your own perceptions, along with the perceptions of others. You’ll combine these thoughts with a quick glance back at your life in decades. Your present and past work together to define who you are today, how you impact others and how you feel about yourself.
Module 2: Your Roles and Responsibilities
As we continue building the foundation, you will have an opportunity to do a deeper dive during Module 2 (three lessons). You’ll complete the Women Who Spark Life Assessment, looking at 10 areas of your life. After assessing your current level of satisfaction in each area, you will identify three areas to focus on in the coming year and begin to sketch out strategies to give these areas your concentrated attention.
Module 3: Find Your Sparks
In Module 3 (four lessons), it is time to find the sparks in your day-to-day life. They’re all around you. Sometimes, we are too busy focusing on our challenges to see the sparks. They’re there if you look. You will also have an opportunity to find the things that are distinguishing your sparks. If you’re not tuned in, you can’t deal with them. Confidence is also a focus in this module.
Module 4: Make Everything Brighter
In Module 4 (four lessons), it’s time to go in search of more sparks. Sparks create joy, happiness and fulfillment for yourself. Sparks also make a difference for the people around you. Become more intentional about creating happiness and joy for yourself and others. Explore what it means to be a daymaker, remain calm and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Module 5: Discover Your Bigger Purpose
In Module 5 (five lessons), it’s time to start answering important questions like: “Why am I here?” or “Where am I going?” or “What am I supposed to be doing with my life?” You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the seeds that have been planted along the way. You will also have time to think about actually doing things you’ve only dreamed of, the things you’ve perhaps felt are reserved only for others. Overcoming fear is a key focus on this module.
Module 6: Go Get Your Sparks!
In Module 6 (three lessons), it is time for you to get in the driver’s seat. If you want your next year to set the stage for an awesome future…if you want to live a life you can be excited about…there is no time like right now to roll up your sleeves and do some focused work. You are the author of your life. In this module, you will have the opportunity to take another look at the day-to-day activities in your life (I call this the operations of your life). You will also think about your next special project (this is the purpose and passion part of your life). You will not exit this module without ideas for greater happiness and purpose. This will be the start of your Women Who Spark 90-Day Plan.
Module 7: Create a Life That Keeps Your Sparks Alive
We’ve all done it! You get excited about a new goal, and 30 days later, you realize you’ve fallen back into your pre-goal tendencies. Or you decide “This is it! Something has to change.” And, again, 30 days later, you’re back in the same old rut. In Module 7 (three lessons), you’ll have the opportunity to decide upon the small steps and habits that will help you move forward in a positive direction. Not only that, you will be able to put things in place to set you up for success.
Module 8: Ensure Success and Next Steps
In Module 8 (three lessons), let’s bring it all together. How will you ensure progress? What systems do you need to put into place to help ensure your success? We’ll even explore how this community can help you.
